1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ryden.systems ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ryden.systems, operated within the European Union.

2. Description of Service

ryden.systems provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) web application available on a subscription basis. Features and availability may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

4. Account Registration

Accounts on ryden.systems are created and authenticated exclusively through Solana wallet ownership. No name, email address, or password is required. By connecting your wallet, you:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for wallet addresses that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain features of ryden.systems requires a paid plan. Two payment methods are available:

5a. Fiat Subscription (via Stripe)

Cancellations: You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Continued non-payment will cancel access to subscription features.

5b. Crypto Payment (30-day access)

As an alternative to a recurring subscription, you may pay for 30 days of access by sending SOL or accepted SPL tokens directly to a ryden.systems wallet address. By using this option, you acknowledge and agree that:

6. Blockchain Transaction Fees

Certain features of the service allow you to initiate Solana blockchain transactions directly through the application. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

By initiating a transaction through the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the applicable fees and the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of this section without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided through the service are the property of ryden.systems or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. No rights are transferred to you beyond those explicitly stated here.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The above limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that member state.

EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ryden.systems ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU data protection laws.

1. Data Controller

ryden.systems is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
Contact: support@ryden.systems

2. What Data We Collect

We do not collect traditional personal identifiers such as names or email addresses. Accounts are created and authenticated solely through ownership of a Solana wallet address. No password or personal profile is created.

The data we store and process is as follows:

DataSourcePurpose
Solana wallet address Provided by you at sign-in Account identity, subscription status, and payment matching
Payment information (name, billing address, etc.) Collected by Stripe directly from you Subscription billing — required by Stripe based on your country of residence
Blockchain payment records Solana public ledger Matching on-chain crypto payments to your account
Usage data (anonymized) Your interactions with the app Understanding how the service is used — wallet addresses are never included in or linked to analytics data
IP address (anonymized) Your browser Security — full IP addresses are not stored
Note on Stripe-collected data and wallet linkage: When you pay by card, Stripe collects payment information (which may include your name, email, and billing address) directly from you. ryden.systems links your Stripe customer record to your Solana wallet address in order to manage your subscription. This means that for fiat subscribers, your wallet address is associated with personal data held in our Stripe account. ryden.systems has access to this combined information and uses it solely for payment management and legal compliance purposes. As a result, your wallet address is treated as pseudonymous personal data under GDPR for as long as this linkage exists.
Note on blockchain transparency: Solana is a public blockchain. Any transaction you make on-chain — including crypto payments to ryden.systems — is permanently and publicly visible to anyone. We have no control over the public nature of blockchain data.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)

Anonymized usage analyticsNot subject to GDPR (data is fully anonymized per Recital 26)

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

5. Third-Party Data Processors

We share data only with trusted processors who are contractually bound to protect it.

Stripe — Payment processing
When you pay by card, Stripe collects your payment information (which may include name, email address, and billing address) directly from you. ryden.systems does not store card numbers. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS standards and acts as an independent data controller for the payment data it collects. ryden.systems has access to the customer information and the associated wallet address recorded in its Stripe account and uses it solely for billing and legal compliance. Stripe operates under its own Privacy Policy: https://stripe.com/privacy

Matomo Analytics (self-hosted) — Usage analytics
We use a self-hosted instance of Matomo for analytics. Your data is stored on our own servers and is not shared with any third party. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. Wallet addresses are never passed to or recorded by Matomo — analytics sessions have no knowledge of your identity. Matomo is configured to respect Do Not Track browser settings.

We do not use Google Analytics or other third-party analytics platforms that transfer your data outside our control.

6. Data Retention

Data typeRetention period
Wallet address & subscription status Until an erasure request is fulfilled, or 7 years after last subscription
Payment records (Stripe data, crypto payment refs) 7 years (legal/tax obligation — not subject to erasure requests)
Anonymized analytics Retained indefinitely — this data cannot be linked to any individual and falls outside the scope of GDPR (Recital 26). No re-identification is possible.
There is no self-service account deletion. Because accounts consist solely of a wallet address, "deleting an account" means removing your wallet address and any associated subscription data from our systems, which immediately revokes access to active subscription features. To request this, email support@ryden.systems with your wallet address. We will process your request within 30 days.
The following data cannot be deleted regardless of any erasure request:

7. International Data Transfers

Our services are hosted within the European Economic Area (EEA). If any data is transferred outside the EEA (e.g. via Stripe), it is subject to appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as required by GDPR.

8. Cookies

We use only session cookies required for the service to function. Our self-hosted Matomo analytics uses a first-party cookie that you can opt out of via your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Stripe may set its own cookies for fraud prevention and secure payment processing. These are functional, security-purpose cookies set by a third party and are not used for advertising. They are governed by Stripe's cookie policy.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Your Rights Under GDPR

As an EU resident, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@ryden.systems. We will respond within 30 days.

To request erasure of your data (deletion of your wallet address and subscription records from our systems), email support@ryden.systems. See Section 6 for details on what can and cannot be deleted.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (e.g. CNIL in France, BfDI in Germany, or the authority of your EU country of residence).

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

11. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us immediately at support@ryden.systems and we will delete the associated data.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
